With this app you will be able to organize your routine in an orderly manner and, thanks to this, get the most out of your training hours. It includes a notebook for each day of the week in which you can keep track of the exercises, series, repetitions, RIR ( Repetitions in chamber) and rest time. It also has a table in which you can record the weight you are lifting for each exercise and another in which you can write down the number of repetitions you did in each exercise to carry out the progressive overload correctly. The App has a stopwatch that is currently in beta version so you can keep track of your rest times.
